You will need a CSCS Card to work on most major construction sites. The card is nationally recognised and shows you have the qualifications and knowledge to work safely on-site. Agencies
Signing up with a specialised Construction agency gives you access to roles not always advertised online. Often, employers need workers quickly and will ask agencies who they have on their books. If you are registered, you will be notified of these opportunities.
Make a good impression with any construction jobs you take on through your agency. The employers will feed back to the agency, and if you turn up on time and work hard, you’ll be more likely to be put forward for future jobs.
