Established in 2005, we are an Ofsted Grade 1 Independent Training Provider, delivering outstanding pre-employment learning programmes across the UK.
Focusing on delivery through the Adult Education Budget (AEB), we upskill unemployed and low-income individuals. We specialise in Pre-Employment Programmes delivering training tailored to industry needs. We work with our network of employers and recruiters to support our learners to progress into jobs.

Through our Referral Partner Programme, we work closely with organisations across England to support their clients into the workplace. We partner with Jobcentres, Local Authorities, and Charities, delivering SWAPs, Pre-Employment Programmes and standard training provision.
