Referral Partner Programme
Tempus Training is an Ofsted Grade 1 Independent Training Provider, delivering outstanding pre-employment programmes across the UK.
We work with our network of employers and recruiters with live national vacancies to upskill unemployed adults and support them to progress into jobs.
Our courses have a 98% success rate (2021/2022), with many participants employed within 28 days of completion.

Our Referral Partner Programme is a simple way to refer your candidates to our government-funded Pre-Employment Programmes and into work in the Construction, Warehousing and Remote Work sectors. All programmes are funded through the Adult Education Budget. The training is free if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria.
As one of our Referral Partners we commit to support you with personal partnership working and regular contact with our team. We will help you achieve your aims and provide your candidates with the best support. We work with Job Centre Plus locations, Local Authorities, Colleges and other organisations to get people into employment.
What we are offering
All Pre-Employment Programmes offer flexible learning. Participants have access to skilled tutors and high quality learning materials throughout the duration of the course. Courses can be offered online or classroom-based if required.
