Tempus Achieves Matrix Standard

We are excited to announce that Tempus Training successfully achieved our Matrix Standard for 2022.

The Matrix Standard is an international quality standard for organisations that deliver information, advice and/or guidance (IAG).

This achievement recognises our continuing provision of an outstanding level of support to learners, promoting positive outcomes including employment, personal development, and important employability skills.

Assessors interviewed staff, tutors, referral partners and learners as part of the process, and receiving the accreditation recognises our high standards across every element of our provision.

The report highlighted the role of supportive staff, stating:

‘Learners are inspired, motivated and engaged through the approach of staff, which is explicitly about offering a personable and flexible service, with examples provided by learners in confirmation.’

Learners were interviewed as part of the assessment process, with the quotes picked out in the report demonstrating the benefits of the course:

‘It changed my life completely – I was in a difficult position, getting nowhere and feeling down’

‘Everyone was professional and treated me with respect’

‘The tutors were brilliant – They communicate in a very straight forward, easy to understand way. I never saw myself as a student before. There’s lots of individual time if you need it.’
