Since 2005 our Mission has been to provide outstanding learning and development opportunities to individuals and organisations. We aim to deliver training solutions which support them in achieving their objectives and promote broader economic development of our delivery regions.

Vision

We aim to support all our learners to succeed and achieve through the most appropriate learning delivery for their needs to improve each individual’s life chances and employment opportunities.  We aim to do this in a safe, secure and supportive environment underpinned by our specific values of respect, honesty, trust, openness and equality of opportunity for all.

Quality - Quality and raising standards are paramount in everything that we do. We aim to offer high quality programmes that both challenge and stretch our learners throughout their chosen learning programme.  The quality of teaching and learning is a top priority.

Value for Money - We provide training solutions to individuals and organisations which are designed to meet their needs and to offer excellent value for money. Through our customer feedback surveys our training has been demonstrated to impact positively on our learners and to support them in achieving their goals. 

Celebration Achievement - Celebrating achievement is important in recognising the considerable efforts made by our learners and often the barriers they have had to overcome.  All our courses are certificated by accredited by recognised awarding bodies including City & Guilds, NCFE or the British Safety Council.  We also like to share success through our social media pages, through our web site and at local events.
